Future “Taps Out” Of Americas Most Wanted Tour With Lil Wayne And T.I.

Lil Wayne America's Most Wanted Tour Future has reportedly dropped out of Lil Wayne’s Upcoming America’s Most Wanted Tour. 2 Chainz will fill in as his replacement.

Lil Wayne’s America’s Most Wanted Tour is set to kick off soon, but one slight change has been made to the lineup.

According to HipHopDX, T.I. announced that Future has dropped out of the tour at the last minute and has been replaced by fellow Atlanta artist 2 Chainz. Keep reading for the full story.

“It was Future, and something happened,” T.I. told Hood Rich Radio according to HHDX. “Future pulled. He disassociated himself from the tour for whatever reason. It’s still love.”

This comes as a bit of a surprise, as Future recently teamed up with Birdman, Lil Wayne, Mack Maine and Nicki Minaj for their song “Tap Out” and appeared in the music video as well, which was released this past Sunday. No official announcement from Future has been made yet.

The official line-up for the tour now includes Lil Wayne, T.I., French Montana and 2 Chainz.

Wayne and 2 Chainz have been working together a lot recently, releasing videos for “Yuck” and “R.A.F.” They also appeared together on this past year’s MTV Music Video Awards. Definitely a winning combination.

Young Money’s latest signing, W3 We The Future, will also be performing as an opening act according to YMHQ. Shanell will be on tour as well, joining Weezy as she usually does.

The tour kicks off July 9 in Birmingham, Alabama at the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre and will continue up until Labor Day.

What do you think of the new line-up? Are you excited to see 2 Chainz? What songs do you want to hear?
