Yasiin Bay Talks Jay-Z + His Opposition to Barlcays Center

Yasiin Bey, a.k.a. Mos Def, recently spoke out about his opposition towards The Barclay’s Center to Vulture.com. In the interview he addresses his feelings towards fellow Brooklynite and minority owner of the Nets, Jay-Z, stating he doe not want his comments to be seen as an attack. His viewpoints and negative attitude toward the new stadium were taken from a poem he wrote and recently released called “On center.stadium.status.”
