If you thought New Orleans looked run down in the original video, you should really take a look at Nigeria. There ain’t nothing but slums and people living in tents. Thank you Rick Ross for being socially conscious and shedding some light on their situation. Gotta say, it’s like Ghandi came through Africa when Rick Ross rolled through in his Escalade.
